Merge Excel / CSV

Pick several spreadsheet files (.xlsx, .xlsm, .xlsb, .xls, .ods) or .csv. Each sheet from each file is added as a separate sheet inside one Excel workbook (if a file has several sheets, all of them are kept). Data, formulas, column widths and merged cells are kept — cell styles (colors, bold), images and embedded charts are not kept.
